Bee’s Cuisine began as a small outdoor booth at Fondy’s Farmers Market in 2006. During the first couple years, we only sold eggrolls and fried rice. Then in 2009 there was an addition of fried banana, crab ragoons, spring rolls and stuffed chicken wings. The most popular food items were eggrolls, stuffed wings and crab ragoon. Customers raved about how delicious the food was. They always made sure to make purchases before the ending of the market. Every year,new and old faces would question whether we had a restaurant besides the market? At that time our response was no and hopefully sometime soon in the near future.
So in honor of our moms hard work and dedication to this farmer’s market we have officially named the restaurant Bee’s Cuisine. Also with the help of our family members we’re able to expand our menu with Thai dishes at Bee’s Cuisine.
